I have had several contractors state the my home's roof is totaled after a recent hail storm. The insurance company seem to be only willing to pay for some repairs but not for the whole roof. I feel like I am running out of time and I am concerned the damage will not be fixed. My adjuster is extremely slow to reply to my messages which makes a tough situation even more frustrating. I have sent all of my estimates to the insurance company and I do not know what I should do next?
