My elderly mother is extremely sick and the specialist has ordered a Cat Scan and we can not get in to get it done. The facility says they are waiting on the Plan (HMO) and the insurance company (HMO) says they are waiting on the facility. My Mother suffers while the insurance company and hospital facility fumble around. What should I do?
